| The 2008
Summer Balloon Camp parties begin at the Balloonville County
Fair. Sample the fun food while you stroll through the fair.
Try your hand at the carnival games then check out the cute
farm animals in the "Livestock Barn." During the fair
entertainers will compete for the Balloon Entertainer Award,
the 2008 Dottie Blanchard Spirit Award winner will be announced
and "Campers" will vote on the competitions. |

contestants will show off their everyday balloon skills to win
fun prizes and the highly sought after 2008 International Balloon
Game Medals. |

King and then it's on to the entertainment that the final night
of Camp has become known for. Cap off the night listening to
the sounds of New Orleans and dance the night away at The Carnival
Ball! |

Jenny Bender, CBAs are back at The Designer's Desk for
another year to provide private consultations to “Campers”
and to answer questions that can help with specific jobs.
“Campers” will have the chance to make an
appointment to discuss the best
ways to accomplish the vision of |

particular decoration or decor scheme they are planning.
This very personal attention to your needs is a way to
assist you in making the decisions only experience and
time allows you to make. A visit to the Designer's Desk
will give you not only the help of the professional decorators
but also a design sheet to take with you for easy reference
and a reminder of the valuable information you obtained. |

Once again
candidates for the Certified Balloon Artist designation
will have the opportunity of testing their skills to receive
certification at the 2008 SBC event. CBA testing will
take place on Sunday, August 17th from 9:00 AM till 1:00
PM at Orleans Hotel & Casino. |

wishing to take the test must call Qualatex (800-999-5644)
to make arrangements for taking the test. |
